How do I place an order?

To place an order, you must first add the desired products to your shopping bag .

  1. Click on your shopping bag, review the contents and press "Go to checkout" to fill in contact information and delivery information. Then press Continue to delivery options.
  2. Choose the delivery option you prefer and press "Continue to Payment".
  3. Choose the payment option you prefer. Fill in payment details and enter any billing address and press "Order".
  4. The order is placed and you now see an order confirmation in front of you. The confirmation will also be sent to the email address and / or the phone number you provided in the order.

 

How do I know that my order has been processed?

If the purchase has been registered with the specified payment provider, the order has been approved by us and will be handled by us as soon as possible. Your order confirmation is sent to the email address and / or phone number you provided when placing the order. If you have not received an order confirmation within a few hours, please contact our customer service at

How long does the return policy apply?

We have a return policy for 30 days after you as a customer receive the item. This means that you as a customer have the right to steam up your purchase. Return policy and withdrawal only apply if the product is unused and in original condition. You as a customer have the right to open the package and try the product, but the product should not be used anymore. 
You as a customer are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and the return should be sent in original packaging. In case of a return, please contact us [email protected] 

 

 

My product is broken, how do I advertise?

Once you have received your goods, it is important that you check that the goods are not damaged or defective. Should the product be defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email to [email protected]

 

You as a customer have a 3-year warranty. Please note that the complaint does not apply to normal wear and tear.  

 

 


What do you use for materials in the products?

Our products are made of vegan PU material with a reflective surface treatment. 

Please note that we have done our best to show the color of our product images as similar to reality as possible. However, the product can change color in different types and light due to reflective surface treatment.
