• Products that you have shown: we use this to, for example, show you products that you have recently looked at

• Location information, IP address and type of browser: we use this for purposes such as VAT calculation and shipping costs

• Shipping address: we ask you to specify this so that, for example, we can calculate shipping before you order, and send you the order!

We share your information with third parties to help us place orders and store services for you. Currently you share your information with Klarna and Stripe as payment providers. 

 

GDPR: register extract and the right to be forgotten

If you have ordered goods with us, you can request an export file containing the personal information we hold about you, including all information you have given us. You can also request that we delete all personal information we hold about you. This does not include any information that we have to save for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Generally, only information about you is stored as long as we need the information for the purposes we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to store it. For example, we will store order information for the current time period for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and delivery addresses.
