Return and exchange policy

All product prices include VAT. The total price in your shopping cart is the total price of the products and information about shipping cost is stated.

All payments are processed by Klarna and Shopify payment. Herbertine is not responsible for any additional fees that may be added after the order has been placed, such as any customs fees for delivery outside Sweden.

Payment via Klarna Checkout

We receive payments through Klarna. When we process payments, some of your information will be sent to Klarna, including information required to process or provide support for the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information. When the purchase is complete, Klarna will send your billing and delivery address back to Herbertine.

 Payment via Shopify payments

We also receive payments through our payment provider Shopify. When we process payments, some of your information will be sent to Shopify, including information required to process or provide support for the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information. When the purchase is complete, Shopify sends a receipt of the transaction back to Herbertine.  

 

Return policy and right of withdrawal

We have a return policy for 14 days after you as a customer have received the item. This means that you as a customer have the right to steam up your purchase. Return policy and withdrawal only apply if the product is unused and in original condition. You as a customer have the right to open the package and try the product, but the product should not be used anymore. 

You as a customer are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and the return should be sent in original packaging. In case of a return, please contact us [email protected] 

 

Complaint

Once you have received your goods, it is important that you check that the goods are not damaged or defective. Should the product be defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email to [email protected]

According to Swedish consumer law, you as a Swedish customer have the right to claim 3 years after you receive the goods.
